DIGADOC® Plant Positioning & Securing System
DIGADOC® is an innovative, award-winning plant positioning and securing system designed to make transporting compact tracked machinery safer, faster and more efficient.
Exclusively available on selected Ifor Williams GH Plant Trailers, DIGADOC® removes the uncertainty from loading by guiding machinery into the correct position every time. This ensures improved load balance, enhanced towing stability and increased transport safety from the moment the machine is loaded onto the trailer.
Suitable for machinery weighing up to 2.7 tonnes (subject to trailer and towing vehicle limitations), DIGADOC® provides a simple and effective solution for operators of all experience levels.
Accurate & Consistent Loading
During loading, specially designed DIGADOC® guide cowlings help align the machine's tracks into the correct position without guesswork. Optional adjustable side guides provide additional support by helping centre the machine as it travels onto the trailer deck.
The system is engineered to position machinery at the optimal fore-and-aft location, ensuring correct weight distribution for safe towing. An optional blade stop can also be fitted to locate the rear dozer blade and help prevent movement during transport.
For excavator applications, the optional arm retention kit can eliminate the need for traditional tie-down straps, reducing manual handling requirements and significantly speeding up the loading and unloading process while improving site safety.
The result is a quicker, safer and more consistent loading process every time.
Built for Tough Conditions
Constructed from heavy-duty galvanised steel, DIGADOC® is designed to withstand demanding construction, civil and plant hire environments.
Its modular design allows both height and longitudinal adjustment, enabling the system to be tailored to different machinery types. Simple slotted mounting points make adjustments quick and straightforward, allowing operators to adapt the setup as fleet requirements change.
DIGADOC® is compatible with GH94 and GH1054 Plant Trailers fitted with steel floors.
