The Black Eagle NT140 is our new 16 row, 30 inch strip till system featuring our 1st generation strip till row unit attached to our new 40 foot, Narrow Transport, pull type tool bar. With a transport width of just 11 feet 7 inches, the Black Eagle NT140 has one of the narrowest transport widths in the industry. In the field, the adjustable Hydraulic Wing Down Pressure provides consistent working depths across the width of the tool bar while still allowing for the full range of motion of the wings. When turning around in the field, the outside wing sections Gull to allow for extra clearance. When folded, our Automatic Air Assist Locking System keeps the wings in place and your safety top of mind. The Black Eagle NT140 easily accepts tow-behind fertilizer carts. The Black Eagle Row Unit features a heavy duty Parallel Linkage system to follow the ground. Hydraulic Trip Shanks with adjustable working depths from 4 to 10 inches. Adjustable Dry and Liquid Tubes come standard. Front mounted Row Cleaners with air cylinders adjusted with our in-cab controls. Containment Arm System utilizing air cylinders to ensure consistent ground contact. The Air System provides suspension as well as Lift & Down Force. The patent pending Eagle Claw adjustable closing wheels follow to crumble clods and eliminate air pockets inside the berm.
