-The rugged and robust frame is one of the heaviest and most durable in the high speed tillage segment at 854 pounds per foot or approximately 34000 pounds for the 40 foot unit. The heavy-duty build of the frame ensures even disc depth in the most demanding soil conditions. -Large radial tires provide a wider footprint for maximum flotation and minimal compaction in all field conditions. All working widths come complete with four high-quality 600/50R22.5 Super-float tires; the 40' Fury has 710/40R22.5 Super-float tires on the center section. -The Fury’s transport dimensions are among the best in the industry. Easily navigate between fields and public roadways with clearance less than 12' (3.65 m) wide and 13'5" (4.1 m) high. -What separates the Fury from other high speed tillage options is the aggressive disc angle and wide range of working speeds. Performance remains consistent at speeds of 5 to12 mph (7.5-20 km/h) on the Fury HS. The higher working speeds ensure the even distribution of residue and eliminate challenges such as uneven emergence, hair pinning and erosion. -Four rubber torsion elements protect each blade. This design helps absorb impact and allows the arm to move up or down independently over obstacles in the field. The compression of the rubber bushings upon impact helps extend the life of the implement by protecting the blade, bearing and frame from heavy shock loads. -Versatile high speed discs offer the latest in boron steel technology. The shallow concave edges help boost longevity by allowing the blades to flex rather than crack or break upon impact. -More information available here - This Fury comes with notched front and rear discs and both discs are 24". The rubber Otico roller at the rear has hydraulic adjustable scrapers. Self leveling hitch and wing frames. Discs front and rear are offset to provide 2.5" disc working clearance. Hub 40 bearing, double roller maintenance-free bearings, 6 mounting bolts per disc. Hydraulic storage jack. 10-17hp required per foot of working width and working speeds of 5-12 mph.
